Purchase any Grizzly Pro r-ONE, r-THREE or r-THREE-LS remote system consisting of at least one controller and one PTZHead, try it for 14 days and if you are not satisfied with it you may return your entire purchase (including accessories) for a full refund minus shipping.

Contact us before the end of 14 calendar days from the delivery of the system to obtain an RMA which must be referenced on the returned package(s). Please tell us why you are dissatisfied with the system (you don't need to do this, but we'd appreciate it). All equipment must be in original condition and must be fit for resale.

If purchased by credit card, refunds will only be made to the credit card used to purchase the equipment. Refund will not be issued until equipment has been verified to be in original condition.
